I'm new to barefoot shoes. How should I start?
Barefoot shoes have less cushioning than most shoes, so ease in. Start with shorter walks and everyday wear, then build up over a few weeks as your feet and calves get used to the new feel.
Can I wear them in the water?
Yes. They're made to get wet, drain and dry quickly. After salt water or a pool, rinse them in fresh water and let them air dry out of direct sun.

How do I clean them?
Brush off loose dirt, then wipe or gently hand wash with cool water and a little mild soap. Let them air dry away from direct heat, and don't put them in the dryer.
