Barefoot shoes have less cushioning than most shoes, so ease in. Start with shorter walks and everyday wear, then build up over a few weeks as your feet and calves get used to the new feel.

How do I clean them?
Brush off loose dirt, then wipe or gently hand wash with cool water and a little mild soap. Let them air dry away from direct heat, and don't put them in the dryer.
